Private - The Perinatal Pilgrimage

Service Description

Prenatal class for pregnant people and one support person, to learn some pregnancy basics, labour preparation, and fourth trimester family care. This course includes gentle movement components throughout, but active participation for those segments is optional, depending on the needs of your pregnancy. This course takes approximately 6-7hrs to complete. It can be done in one day/session if wanted, but will be best done over two sessions. I will be in touch with you following booking to set up a second date to complete the course, unless you'd like to complete the material in one day. Gentle reminder - your booking date is flexible. Growing a human is hard, and it's understandable if you're not feeling your best! While at least 24 hour notice to reschedule is preferred, same day cancelation and rescheduling can be done.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made day of class, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days of cancelled class. Pre/postnatal sessions(including perinatal yoga): Growing a human is hard, and taking care of small humans is even harder. Please let me know as soon as possible if you must miss or cancel. Any missed or cancelled class time will be honoured, and when applicable, your class pass will be extended a week, unless I am otherwise notified for rescheduling. **For prenatal students, in the event you go into labour before you have used up your class pass, your class pass will be paused, and all remaining classes will automatically be transferred to postnatal or regular classes as per your needs. Please contact me when you are ready to begin classes again to schedule. The Perinatal Pilgrimage: Group Session: Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your attendance of the course, as spaces are limited. Refunds will only be issued if cancelled one week before the session starts (exceptions do apply), credit for future services will be issued if cancelled with less than a week’s notice. Credit will be good for one year. Private Sessions: Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to re-schedule your sessions. If you need to cancel your sessions, again, please let me know as soon as possible, so a refund can be issued.
