What is a birth plan?
A birth plan is your labour and delivery, and immediate post-partum preferences. They range from simple icon lists, to full documents with assigned tasks to your birth support team.

What is a post-partum plan?
A post-partum plan is a family and visitor guide for your fourth trimester. It helps you arrange a meal train, determine who can help with household chores, and organize your thoughts and processes for early parenting.

Why are they important?
From the moment you go into labour, through the first year of your baby's life can be overwhelming. Having a plan in place takes the stress of in the moment thinking out of what is already a challenging time.

Two hour session dedicated to either a birth or post-partum plan. All materials will be provided to you in both physical and digital form.
