Service Description

Private classes are tailored to you and your fitness goals. If this is your first booking, and you have not done a consultation with me, please check your email, as I’ll be in touch regarding what your goals are. Private classes can be booked as a one off, or as a set of classes/program. 
All private classes include 15 minutes before and after class to discuss progress, goals, or any concerns you may be having. There is no minimum number of classes you need to register for, and we can pause or restart your program at any time.
Private classes can be conducted on Google Meet, or in person(travel fees may apply).

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made day of class, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days of cancelled class. Pre/postnatal sessions(including perinatal yoga): Growing a human is hard, and taking care of small humans is even harder. Please let me know as soon as possible if you must miss or cancel. Any missed or cancelled class time will be honoured, and when applicable, your class pass will be extended a week, unless I am otherwise notified for rescheduling. **For prenatal students, in the event you go into labour before you have used up your class pass, your class pass will be paused, and all remaining classes will automatically be transferred to postnatal or regular classes as per your needs. Please contact me when you are ready to begin classes again to schedule. The Perinatal Pilgrimage: Group Session: Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your attendance of the course, as spaces are limited. Refunds will only be issued if cancelled one week before the session starts (exceptions do apply), credit for future services will be issued if cancelled with less than a week’s notice. Credit will be good for one year. Private Sessions: Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to re-schedule your sessions. If you need to cancel your sessions, again, please let me know as soon as possible, so a refund can be issued.
