Calm Tea is for exactly what it's named to do - help bring you some calm!  All four herbs that make up this blend are known for their soothing and calming properties, bringing you not just a physical relaxation, but they also bring a sense of peace to the mind as well.

Peppermint, Lemonbalm, Lavender and German Chamomile.
