Many hospitals have now implemented a one support person policy, but that doesn't mean you require any less support! I will meet with you, virtually or in person before your due date, and will come to support you for as long as you labour at home. Once you go to the hospital, I am still available to you via text, phone call or video chat for your labour.
This package is completely customizable to your needs in your pregnancy, labour and post-partum care.

Are you looking for someone to capture those first precious moments? Mamoga Yoga works with Photography by Becca to ensure those moments get captured without sacrificing your care and support.
BREATH WORK AND MEDITATION CLASS

This class is a private one on one class to focus on breath work and meditation in preparation for labour.
This is a great class to take, especially if you don't feel like you need full doula care, but would like some help preparing.
ADDITIONAL VIRTUAL MEETING
