Loss comes in many forms during the perinatal period. Your need for support is just as, if not more important during this time.

I offer up to six hours of free bereavement support. This support includes but is not limited to;

Rides to appointments/errands

Light meal prep

Light house duties

or just someone to sit with you

There is no reason to feel alone during this time.
